Because of our reputation for legendary quality, all Dufferin cues are backed by a one (1) year guarantee against manufacturers defects. The warranty period extends for one (1) year from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable. The tip, finish and wrap are wearable parts and are not covered under this warranty. Claims made after one year or claims that are not accompanied by the original receipt are subject to manufacturer approval. This warranty excludes warpage and damage due to wear, by a third party, or resulting from abuse or mishandling.

Joss Cues® warrants to the original purchaser that its cues are free from defects in material and workmanship; we shall repair or replace the cue at our discretion. All parts of the Joss Cue® are covered by the warranty, but excludes warpage and normal wear on replaceable parts such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap and bumper. This warranty is void if your Joss cue has after-market products or has been subjected to mishandling, misuse, abuse, repair or altered by an entity other than Joss Cues® LTD. The warranty applies to Joss Cues® belonging to the ORIGINAL owner, and is non-transferable.

Any Lucasi® Cues that were manufactured/purchased before that date may incur an additional repair/replacement fee.

McDermott Handcrafted Cues guarantees cues purchased from an authorized McDermott retailer or distributor to be free of defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for the lifetime of the product. McDermott will, without charge to the consumer, repair or replace your cue, provided that the claim is accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt from an authorized McDermott dealer. McDermott does not warrant its product against damage caused by third parties. This warranty does not cover replaceable items such as tip, finish and wrap. McDermott will fix such items, however, for a fee. In addition, McDermott, at its sole discretion, may void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling. McDermott also offers free lifetime maintenance twice a year for the life of your cue.
